With over 25 years culinary experience Paolo has worked with some of the Worlds best chefs in some of the most prestigious establishments in London and around the globe, including Harrods, multiple Michelin starred restaurants, boutique hotels , casinos and Premiership football clubs.

With great acclaim he has also been Group Executive Chef for three “Blue Chip” fine dining groups.

Paolo has carved a reputation for beautifully creative Italian cuisine through hard work & a life long passion for fresh produce.
